Scented Studio® Return Policy
It is important to us that you are completely happy with our products. However due to the customization of some of our products, we cannot refund any custom fragranced orders. If for any reason you are not happy with our signature scents, we are happy to exchange it if it is unopened and unused. Returns must be made within 30 days of payment, and it must include the original receipt.
We are sorry, shipping fees are not refundable. All charges incurred for returning merchandise to Scented Studio® are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Credits can only be issued to the original purchaser.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Scented Studio® Gift Certificates
- Product Samples
For items that have been damaged in shipping, please keep the damaged item, including all packaging and packing slips. Then contact us using the email form on our website. Due to insurance policies, we cannot replace the item if these things have not been kept.
